We’ve got your back.

A safe, practical weekly space where teens who grow up with neurodivergent siblings learn to feel seen, manage stress, and build stronger relationships — without being judged.

What is this?

A professionally-facilitated 8-week group that helps your teen gain skills to manage stress, boundary-setting, and family dynamics when there’s a neurodiverse sibling at home.

Who this is for

  • Teens aged 13–18 who live with, care for, or feel affected by a neurodiverse sibling.

  • Teens who want practical tools for stress, overwhelm, boundaries, and communication.

  • Parents looking for a structured, trauma-informed group that supports their teen’s emotional wellbeing.

Call Us

This group blends genuine peer connection with trauma-informed guidance in a way that feels safe and relatable for teens. We keep the sessions grounded and practical — focusing on real life situations, emotional tools that actually work, and simple language teens can use at home. The combination of shared experience, supportive facilitation, and hands-on skills creates an environment where teens naturally open up, grow more confident, and leave feeling less alone and more capable.

Guided by professional psychotherapists in London Ontario.
