Hi, I’m Mary Hugessen!

Registered Social Worker, BSW, MSW, RSW, Founder

Hi, I’m Mary — a Registered Social Worker with nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.

I specialize in working with neurodivergent folks who are navigating life’s complexities and looking for a path forward that truly fits them. My approach to therapy is eclectic and person-centered — meaning we’ll work together to identify what matters most to you and explore the steps that feel right for where you’re at.

Whether you're seeking support with daily stressors, big transitions, or simply need a space where you can be your full self, I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care.

Hi, I’m Tori Lewis

Registered Social Worker, BSW, MSW, RSW

I work with individuals and couples who are navigating the ups and downs of healing, growth, and connection. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to begin, I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are — no pressure to have it all figured out.

My approach is integrative, which means I draw from a mix of therapeutic tools like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, relational and attachment-based practices. I believe that healing isn’t linear, and there’s no one-size-fits-all path. Together, we’ll explore what works for you — gently, collaboratively, and at your own pace.

Above all, I want you to feel supported, seen, and empowered to move toward the life you’re longing for — one honest step at a time.

Hi, I’m Mousumi Saha!

Registered Psycotherapist

I’m passionate about helping people not just get by, but truly thrive. With nearly a decade of experience and a master’s in counselling psychology, I support individuals from all walks of life as they navigate life’s challenges — big and small.

My approach is rooted in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and deep respect for your unique story. I aim to create a safe and nurturing space where you can explore what’s on your heart — whether you’re moving through shifting family dynamics, wrestling with existential questions, or just trying to make sense of where you are right now.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. Together, we’ll work to find clarity, healing, and meaningful change — in a way that feels true to you.

I’m Jessica Smith!

Registered Psychotherapist

Hi, I’m Jessica — a Registered Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience supporting teens and adults through life’s challenges.

My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens in safe, compassionate spaces. I use emotion-focused and attachment-based approaches to help you connect with your inner child and explore how your past may be influencing your present. I believe that insight and self-compassion are powerful tools for change.

Depending on your needs, I also draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and trauma-informed care. I support clients navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, emotion regulation, trauma, life transitions, and addiction.

Whether you're just starting your therapy journey or returning to it, I’m here to walk alongside you with care and curiosity as we explore what healing and growth can look like for you.

Hi, I’m Lisa Jaques!

Registered Psycotherapist (Qualifying)

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I’m deeply passionate about walking alongside people as they reconnect with their potential—whatever that looks like for them. I believe it’s never too early or too late to make a shift, heal, or grow.

With nearly a decade of experience in community mental health (in all kinds of roles), I’ve learned that every journey is unique—and I’m here to meet you right where you are. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to show up fully, messily, and honestly.

My approach is integrative and tailored to you, pulling from CBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy—all through a trauma-informed lens. Whether you’re navigating something new or circling back to old wounds, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

I’m currently finishing up my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, and I’ve got a background in psychology from Trent University—where I even did some research into emotional intelligence (I love diving deep into what makes us tick).

I’m genuinely passionate about supporting people as they navigate life’s ups and downs, especially around depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. My approach is all about equipping you with tools that feel useful and doable—because healing doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming.

Right now, I’m offering affordable in-person and virtual sessions. I draw from narrative therapy, CBT, and solution-focused brief therapy—but at the heart of it, I’m here to listen, support, and walk beside you as you write the next chapter of your story.

Roger Chapman!

Student Therapist

Before stepping into the world of therapy, I earned Honours degrees in both Kinesiology and Psychology, Neuroscience & Behaviour from McMaster University. My background in research has helped shape my curiosity and deep respect for the way people learn, grow, and move through life.

I’m passionate about supporting individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem struggles, and life transitions. Whether we’re meeting in person or online, my goal is to create a compassionate, collaborative space where you feel seen, respected, and supported.

My approach draws from cognitive behavioural therapy and solution-focused therapy, always grounded in empathy and a belief in your capacity for change. I truly believe that your story matters — and I’m here to help you reconnect with your strengths as you move forward with clarity and confidence.
