Our team includes compassionate, experienced professionals like Mary Hugessen (Founder & RSW), Dr. Jennifer Conolly (Consulting Psychologist), Tori Lewis (RSW), Mousumi Saha (Registered Psychotherapist), and others. Each therapist brings their own expertise and warmth, ensuring you find someone you feel comfortable with.
Can I choose my therapist?
Yes! We want your experience to feel safe and supported. You can select a therapist based on their specialty, experience, or approach that best suits your needs.
What languages are available?
Our therapists primarily offer sessions in English, and some team members are fluent in Bengali, Hindi, Nepali, Assamese, Urdu, and French, supporting culturally competent care for diverse communities.

Do you offer group sessions?
Yes! Join our free weekly empowerment support group every Monday at 8:00 pm via Zoom. It’s a supportive space for connection, sharing experiences, and learning new coping tools for stress, grief, or emotional overwhelm.
Are there any extra resources for clients?
We provide helpful resources like our guided journal to support self-reflection and personal growth. More tools are coming soon to continue supporting your journey between sessions.
